In this series, I have captured animals in their most relaxed moments – when they are sleeping, resting, or quietly enjoying their food. I am fascinated by the calmness, where you can sense the animals’ natural rhythm and peaceful expressions, and where the small details you might otherwise overlook become visible. For me, it’s about capturing the atmosphere that arises when you are simply allowed to observe and be present in the moment.
